1. Introduction & Ownership

Zodify is an astrological prediction application owned and operated by Ramu Ramasamy and Rakshana Ravichandran. By using Zodify, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose of the App

Zodify provides general and personalised astrological predictions based on the principles of Vedic astrology. The app is intended to offer guidance and insight; predictions are not guaranteed to occur.

3. User Eligibility

There are no age restrictions for using Zodify. However, users are expected to use the app responsibly.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

Zodify collects your email address (stored in a masked format), birth details, place of birth, and time of birth solely to generate astrological predictions. No personal information is stored that can identify or map data to any real user, even by the app owners.

5. Anonymity & Data Security

All user data is stored anonymously. No one, including the owners, can identify users based on the information collected. We are committed to maintaining your privacy and data security.

6. Third-Party Services

Zodify uses Apple and Google sign-in, Google Adsense, Firebase Analytics, VedAstro API, OpenAI, and Gemini. No user-specific information is shared with these services; all data remains anonymous.

7. User Conduct

Users must not engage in illegal activities or use abusive language within the app. Any such behavior may result in restricted access or removal from the platform.

8. Disclaimer on Predictions

Astrological predictions provided by Zodify are for guidance purposes only. Outcomes may or may not occur as predicted. Users cannot hold Zodify or its owners responsible for the accuracy or results of any predictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zodify and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app or its predictions.
